With the continuous development of science and technology, cassette optical system is more and more widely used in the imaging field. Compared with the traditional lens structure, the cassette optical system can achieve higher quality, finer and more realistic imaging effects due to its more compact structure, continuous light path and more scientific optical design. Based on the view of modern technology application, this paper summarizes the measures to improve the imaging quality of cassette optical system from the aspects of displacement compensation, material selection, multi-lens combination, film coating and so on.
Firstly, displacement compensation is an important factor to improve the image quality in cassette optical systems. Displacement compensation refers to the deviation of the field of view caused by the camera sensor imaging position and the lens lens position, which will reduce the image quality. By using the active or passive displacement compensation system, the distance between the camera and the lens can be effectively compensated to ensure that the picture will not be biased and deformed, so that the imaging effect is more fine and realistic.
Secondly, material selection is also one of the crucial factors to improve the imaging quality of the cassette optical system. The selection of materials directly affects the wavelength and reflectivity of the light passing through the optical components, thus affecting the clarity and color reproduction of the imaging effect. In order to improve the imaging quality, manufacturers of cassette optical systems usually choose special glass materials with a higher refractive index to process and produce the corresponding optical components, and also need to add appropriate metal materials to improve the performance of the corresponding component impedance and reflectivity.
Third, multi-lens combination is one of the important means to improve the imaging quality of cassette optical system. Under normal circumstances, the imaging effect of a single lens is difficult to meet a variety of requirements, through the reasonable combination of multiple lenses, it can be relatively simple to expand the field of view of the lens, improve the imaging quality, and reduce the distortion degree. At the same time, the combination of multiple lenses can also increase the length of the optical path while reducing reflection and scattering, thus reducing color distortion and light funnel phenomena during the imaging process.
Thin film coating is also one of the effective means to improve the imaging quality of cassette optical system. By processing a thin film on the surface of the lens and the device, the transmission efficiency and reflection performance of the optical components can be effectively increased, thus improving the quality of the imaging. Different coatings have different classifications and application ranges, which should be selected according to actual use scenarios and needs.
To sum up, the achievements of the optical system in improving the quality of imaging are still a long way from being fully explored, but in the current process of scientific and technological progress and upgrading, as long as the above measures are strengthened, the material, structure and technology of the system are continuously optimized and improved, it can contribute to the improvement of the quality of imaging, and make greater contributions to the development of science and technology and the improvement of the quality of life.
